WCCS has partnered with Bring a Trailer to provide turn key sellers assistance in the following ways, which are offered in whole or in part!
Vehicle Storage - Secured climate controlled storage at either our Playa Vista our South Bay location! We offer 7-day access before and during the auction period. This allows prospective bidders to see the car in person at their convenience, without impacting your busy schedule!
Vehicle Maintenance - Using our preferred network of local partners and technicians, WCCS can help get your vehicle running perfectly for sale.
Comprehensive Vehicle Detailing - We offer complete detailing services to make your car look its best for its photo shoot!
Professional Photography - Our network of photographers is selected from the same group of people who shoot magazine covers and editorial features for America’s most popular automotive publications! We deliver a complete set of photos for your auction
Document Management - WCCS will digitize your service records, blocking out personal information, and itemize and summarize key services for the auction listing.
Complete Auction Listing Management - WCCS will complete the auction submission process, get your listing approved, and then monitor it closely throughout the entire auction process. WCCS will field questions promptly and professionally, address comments, make the vehicle available for inspection, and coordinate the winning bidder with the seller for a seamless online auction transaction.
Vehicle Shipping - Once the auction ends, WCCS will coordinate with the buyer of the vehicle to ship the vehicle to them directly using our network of bonded, insured local and long distance white-glove vehicle transport providers.
Turn key auction assistance as a complete package
WCCS is happy to provide a complete, turn-key auction solution. The process can be time consuming and tedious, and you’re busy living your life. Just bring the car to WCCS (or we can arrange vehicle transport) and we can handle the rest, for one, reasonable flat fee! That’s right, WCCS does not work on commission! We charge a flat, upfront rate so you know exactly what you’re paying for and the services you will receive in return.

If you would prefer to handle any aspect of the listing on your own, that’s fine too! WCCS offers each of our services on an a-la-carte basis. Simply let us know which portions of the auction assistance program you’d like us to handle on your behalf, and which you’d like to do yourself, and we will take care of the rest!
Post-Sale Assistance
Once your auction is complete, WCCS will help coordinate a speedy transaction between you, the seller, and the buyer. We will help with Bring a Trailer’s Verified Transaction process, coordinate the FedEx’ing of documents, and help arrange shipping of the vehicle once the sale is closed.
