Maybe you work at Facebook, YouTube, Fox, Yahoo, Maker, Sony, or any of the other couple dozen tech companies in Playa Vista, and you don’t want to park outdoors every day? Let our ‘Hot Storage’ option be your daily indoor valet!

Or, if you live in one of the 9,000 luxury apartment and townhomes in Playa Vista itself, we can relate to your parking woes! Keep the daily in the communal garage, and your special car with us, out of the prying eyes of the public - just a walk, bike or Bird scooter to pick up your car!

Our building is designed to make your life easier

If we were anywhere outside Los Angeles, it wouldn’t have been so complicated. We could just buy an old building and move in, or throw up some corrugated steel. But here in LA, to get the space, the strength, the resistance to fire and brimstone, and the amenities all in a great location? We had to build. On the ground and under it.

The Main Floor

Our main warehouse features parking for 100 vehicles on the ground and in the air, on our eighteen Park Plus QP1000 Quad Stackers. WCCS offers the first indoor quad stacking system in Los Angeles, and the first quad stacking system over a basement anywhere in the world. The stackers themselves are constructed with LA-Certified High-Strength Steel with full-tray aluminum decks - no need to worry about fluid drips. Each level of the stacker features its own fire suppression nozzles and 110V power for battery tending. Our quads are powered by a suite of 20HP electric motors and integrated hydraulic pumps. Because of these lifts, we are able to comfortably keep 100 cars safely in only 11,000 Square Feet. The highest cars, those that are rarely driven, are stored 34 feet in the air!

For cars that like more frequent exercise, the main floor itself will have room for up to 25 “Hot” storage spots, with quick and easy ins and outs.

Our main warehouse area is heated, with exhaust fans and filtered air. We have two permitted detail bays, one indoors and one out back, with de-ionized water, compressed air, and a suite of AMMO detailing products.

Our most privacy-oriented clients will be pleased to know that because of our unique driveway and entry design, it is possible to drive a flatbed or truck and trailer straight into the main warehouse, unload indoors, out of view, and pull straight out the other side.

The Underground

In our subterranean level, WCCS offers fifteen tandem spots and fifteen ‘hot’ single-car spots. All underground spots are drive in/drive out, and offer a small amount of storage room behind the aft car, for spare wheels and tires, a motorcycle, or a rolling toolbox.

The best part about The Underground is that, unlike so many basement garages in LA, our ramp is special. We have designed this ramp specifically to accommodate low sports cars, benchmarking the C6 Corvette ZR1, the longest, lowest car we could find at the time of design.

The Members lounge Is open

Yes, we have a members’ lounge. It’s pretty sweet. It’s upstairs, fifteen feet in the air to be exact, and it overlooks the main warehouse area inside, and offers an outdoor deck to enjoy a cigar from our humidor or a glass of wine from your private locker. Enjoy a game or a race on the super-screen TV, or take advantage of our gigabit internet to take a Zoom meeting or get some work done. Work from home and need somewhere to entertain friends or clients? All members have access to the lounge, 7 days a week. 

Some fun stats about our brand-new building:

1) The concrete foundation slab on which it sits, fifteen feet below ground, is 31” thick and was poured from 130 concrete trucks, in a single day.

2) The foundation walls are 14” thick of rebar-reinforced shotcrete, and the “deck” which makes up the main floor of the warehouse, is between 18” and 30” thick with double-rebar reinforcement. It holds the weight of a 5-story apartment building.

3) The primary walls, visible in the above photo, are rebar-reinforced 12” concrete block, filled to the top with grout.

4) Our fire suppression system will feature over 100 nozzles and flow at more than 3,000 Gallons Per Minute.

5) Our state-of-the-art security system has over 35 cameras, covering every vehicle and every square inch of the storage area. This system is fully integrated with LAPD and LAFD monitoring.
